Polar Software Inc. processes payment as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Payment and receipts are governed by Polar's buyer terms; use of upub is also governed by these terms and the Terms of Use.
2. Main characteristics
The product is the number of page credits shown for the selected package. Credits are assigned electronically to your account for supported EPUB conversions, are purchased once, do not create a subscription, and do not expire unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Price, tax, and payment
The package price, currency, applicable tax, and final total are shown by Polar before you confirm the order. Fixed Turkish-lira prices available in Türkiye are shown on the product page. Polar displays supported payment methods; Avus does not process full card data.
By completing the order, you authorize Polar to collect the displayed total. A bank or card issuer remains responsible for any separate conversion or issuer fee it applies.
4. Performance and delivery
Credits are delivered electronically to your account after payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery or delivery fee. If delivery is delayed, contact mustafa@avustr.com with the order e-mail.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected. You separately request immediate credit delivery and performance before a withdrawal period ends. Full performance at your express request or beginning to use digital content may affect withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Refunds are assessed under Polar's buyer terms and mandatory consumer law. Contact us with the Polar order record for unused or defective service. We do not apply a blanket 'no refunds' rule that removes statutory rights.
6. Complaints and disputes
Use mustafa@avustr.com for service support and the channel on the Polar receipt for payment or invoice support. Consumers may use the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds. Turkish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection.
The order summary, applicable text version, acceptance time, and technical records may be retained as evidence. You can save this text before purchase.
